Due to the dreadful weather of the last few days, we have had to move the Area Dressage. It will now be held just north of Leominster, at The Wharf, just off the A49 Ludlow road.

 

This is not too far from the original location, and full directions will follow shortly.

Please let me know the earliest time you will be able to ride. Places are limited so early bookers are more likely to get a place. Those able to ride before 5pm are also easier to find a slot for.

 

Booking in: Please email to book in by 12th May & 2nd June (but the sooner the better). I will sort out the session times and post them on the website and send a group email. We hope to start at 3pm and places after 5pm are limited (Amanda has a new baby to look after).

NEW PAYMENT METHOD:

The cost will be £ 15 each please bring cash or cheque to pay Amanda directly. Anyone who does not turn up or cancels less than 3 days before will be charged for the session unless they have a true emergency.

Senior Dressage training 2009 with Amanda Leaker

First session: afternoon of Thursday 16^th April. This training is for those who would like to be on the teams (Open, Intermediate or Novice) this year (or next if you or your horse/pony don’t have sufficient experience)  

Amanda is an excellent teacher and our sessions will be for pairs working for 45 minutes.

Booking in: Please fill in the booking form below and return by email by 9^th April (but the sooner the better). I will sort out the session times and post them on the website and send a group email. We hope to start at 2pm and depending on demand should have sessions available until 6pm.

The cost will be £ 15 each please bring cheque if possible made payable to Monmouthshire Hunt Pony Club with rider’s name(s) on the back. Anyone who does not turn up or cancels less than 3 days before will be charged for the session unless they have a true emergency.

Directions:

From Abergavenny or Pontypool turn into Goytre at the Goytre Arms pub. Continue over the railway bridge & turn first right into Plough Road. Amanda’s house is approximately half a mile up this road on the right handside, just after Goytre Town ’s football club

From Usk – pass Usk College & take the second turning on your right up Cefn Mawr Lane (bus stop at bottom) Continue for approximately one mile, straight on at the crossroads, round a tight bend to the right & Amanda’s house is the second on the left (Into the chicken site)
